Park & Cherry, the Café at the Dixon, is under New Management

Park & Cherry, the café at the Dixon Gallery and Gardens, is now under new management. The Dixon is pleased to announce that effective immediately CFY Catering will manage the café. Husband and wife team, Kristi and Kevin Bush, the owners of CFY, offer a distinctive range of cuisines, and have catered parties, events, and private tables for over ten years.

Kristi and Kevin Bush have catered dozens of successful events at the Dixon, and in Park & Cherry, they now have a permanent base from which to share their inspired flavors. Park & Cherry will offer salads, sandwiches, soups, quiches, and tasty desserts, as well as coffee drinks, and a range of other beverages. Kevin Sharp, the Linda W. and S. Herbert Rhea Director of the Dixon, predicted: “Kristi and Kevin Bush will bring another level of creativity, energy, and customer service to Park & Cherry. Our plans for this exciting new partnership extend beyond the café to unique events and dining experiences throughout the Dixon gardens.”

Park & Cherry will temporarily close starting on June 20, as the Dixon’s café transitions to new management. Park & Cherry will soft open on Wednesday, July 12, with free box lunches to the first 25 guests who attend Munch and Learn in the Winegardner Auditorium. The Park & Cherry grand reopening will be on Friday. July 14, Bastille Day, and Kristi and Kevin will focus the menu on French flavors that day. Park & Cherry has been part of the Dixon program since the spring of 2016. The café’s name will be revised to Park & Cherry by CFY. Hours of operation will remain as 10 am – 4 pm Tuesday through Saturday, and Sunday, 1 – 4 pm.

Located at 4339 Park Avenue, the Dixon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 – 5 p.m.
