Afro-Latino Week 2022

Cazateatro Bilingual Theater Group was established in 2010 as a nonprofit corporation. Cazateatro’s objective is to transmit Hispanic-American culture via the scenic arts in order to build a unifying bridge for our varied community, emphasizing the significance of being bilingual and the diversity of our cultures.

The past 2 years have been years full of challenges where everything has been modified focusing in COVID-19. Although we have been able to adapt, we will continue to take it into account and take preventive measures. Regardless of the circumstances, us at Cazateatro haven’t yet abandoned our duty to the city! We are dedicated to our goal of creating a cultural bridge.

Our Afro-Latino week, which is slated for February 14th to 20th, 2022, has been modified to a hybrid event due to Covid-19. After everything we have experienced and overcome with the pandemic, the art, the theater and staying connected, it has brought gladness to our families and hopes that we will all return to our normality where we can be more together than ever and enjoy being close again of you.

Audiences will experience the Afro-Latino culture and music. We are very excited to announce our fourth Afro-Latino week. Audiences will experience the Afro-Latino culture and music through Storytimes, interviews, and more over the month of February.
