ART DASH

150+ pieces of original art up for grabs… literally! Premium ticket holders “dash” for a piece of art worth at least the price of admission ($125). There will also be a silent auction. All proceeds benefit Friends for Life.

DROP THE MIC POETRY SLAM + SYMPOSIUM
NATIONAL CIVIL RIGHTS MUSEUM, 4 – 9 P.M.

Creatives use their art for activism based on the foundations of the Civil Rights Movement. The symposium will feature a MasterClass with a seasoned artist, workshops constructed along four tracks of poetry: Activism, Youth Voice, Technique, and Business, and a keynote message from a top artist and more. Free and open to the public.
