&3 Foods is a locally owned and operated prepared meal and delivery company. Hendrix brings her passion and culinary creativity to each flavorful plate. Focusing on real, whole foods, &3 specializes in meeting dietary needs and restrictions; individual food sensitivities and allergies; and a variety of other medically necessary dietary modifications.

Chef Hendrix’s journey into the culinary world began out of pure necessity. Since birth, she has dealt with a variety of health issues and several auto-immune diseases, which caused her to miss out on many events and special moments. Due to illness and severe food allergies, Hendrix began creating her own food she could eat that also tasted amazing. Many of her signature flavors and recipes come from a childhood, rich in various cultures and countries from around the world.

Now, as the Chef and owner of &3 Foods, she is creating food that meets the dietary health needs and requirements that she and so many others have faced while maintaining the quality and flavor in food that we all love and desire.

&3 Foods is a no-nonsense, no commitment based meal prep service. The company puts out new, creative menus every Wednesday with an ordering deadline of Saturday at midnight.
