As Chef and owner of STF Events and Catering, Chef Vavouris spent years creating and perfecting recipes. The Original Famous has long been a hit with clients, friends, and family alike. The demand for the salsa to be bottled became so great that in 2016, Chef Vavouris began serious plans to bring EV Originals to life.

Original Famous Salsa
A tasty blend of fresh tomatoes, cilantro, peppers and spices, rounded out with refreshing key lime juice. Think bigger than chips and salsa. This versatile sauce can be used straight out of the jar as a light and fat-free salad dressing. It is also great as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
Spicy Roja Salsa
It’s spicier than the original and bursting with flavor with a gradual heat that doesn’t overpower the flavor. If you are looking for a spicy salsa that burns off your lips, this isn’t it. It’s a salsa with a kick that still allows you to taste all the flavors inside while still tasting the food you put it on. This is great for chips and salsa, obviously, but also amazing on eggs — just a great way to start the morning.
Smokey Bourbon Salsa
Kentucky Bourbon, tomatoes, and a proprietary blend of herbs and spices have created a beautiful marriage with this one of a kind salsa. A bit spicy and a bit smokey, but not overwhelming to the palate, this salsa is a fantastic addition to salads, grilled meats/smoked meats, and veggies, or straight out of the bottle with a straw.
Nashville Hot Salsa
This is the hottest salsa in the lineup but still focuses on nuanced flavor instead of just intense heat. This unique salsa pays homage to Nashville Hot Chicken. It’s the only salsa made without cilantro and allows for a lot of creative uses. A perfect chili or soup base or spicy enchiladas or nachos!
Greek Marinade
Our Greek Marinade is an old family recipe. It’s a lemon juice-based marinade perfect for grilled chicken, pork, beef, fish, rabbit, and vegetables. Add a little olive oil or canola oil and it also works great as a salad vinaigrette. It also makes a mean, dirty martini (with feta stuffed olives, of course).
Chipotle Peach Sauce
The most versatile product, this sauce provides a sweet heat to whatever you’re eating. It’s great as a basting sauce for grilled chicken, pork, salmon or shrimp. Also, it’s amazing as a dipping sauce for veggies, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks and beyond! It can also be used as a syrup alternative to waffles, pancakes, and crepes. It’s ridiculously good on biscuits and even ice cream!
