After severe weather and flooding forced its cancellation earlier this month, the MidSouth Pride Parade made a triumphant return on June 21—and the community showed up and showed out in true Memphis fashion.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of Pride in Memphis, and despite the setbacks, the energy was electric as floats, marchers, and supporters filled the streets in celebration, solidarity, and joy.
The original parade date may have been rained out, but love and pride can’t be washed away. Thank you to everyone who came out to make this rescheduled event one to remember!
