TRANScendent Splash Party 2024

It’s been a Hot Gender-Expansive Summer and now it’s time for us to cool off in the evening at the Memphis Zoo!
Inspired by events like the Capital Pride Trans Pool Party, I want our community to have the opportunity to have watery fun in a safe and affirming space. This FREE, family-friendly, private, after-hours event has no speeches and no fundraisers — just splashy fun! Bring your favorite water-friendly clothes but not your wallet; light refreshments will be provided. The bathrooms will be converted to all-gender bathrooms for this event.
For everyone’s safety, you must RSVP at this link no later than 24 hours in advance. Attendees will be checked against the ticketed list; if you don’t register for a ticket, you won’t be allowed in. (We’re not checking ID, so you can use your chosen name if you’d like.)
This event is specifically for the gender-expansive (transgender and non-binary) community, but invited cisgender, queer allies and friends are welcome, as are the children of transgender and non-binary attendees. If you identify yourself as in that invitation needed category and would like an invite, please contact the organizer (Lena)!
