“We want to continue to bring a fun, energetic, and diverse line up in a safe and controlled environment that celebrates equality and the queer community, we are excited to bring OUTLOUD to the Drive-In” states Jack Davis, the event’s organizer with Good Neighbor Festivals. “We love creating uplifting experiences, and we need them right now.”
Big Freedia – A staple on the New Orleans club scene for over a decade. After a series of cult hit singles during the mid-2000s, Big Freedia was tapped for a reality show, Big Freedia Bounces Back on Fuse TV. The docu-series followed the life of a choirboy turned Bounce rapper and remains the highest-rated original series on the network. In 2020 Freedia released her latest EP “Louder” with the single “Chasing Rainbows” ft. Kesha, 2019 “Pipe That” ft. Icona Pop & Soul Rebels and in 2018 she released the summer hit “Karaoke” ft. Lizzo.
Along with its emerging entertainment lineup, the festival will feature many OUTLOUD surprises.
More performers to be announced soon.
